This policy explains what happens to your information when you use this website. It covers this website only, not the store itself, and not conversations you have with our staff in person.

What we collect

There are no accounts on this website, no online shopping and no payments. We never ask for a password, a card number or any identity document.

We collect information in two ways. First, what you choose to send us. If you apply for a vacancy, that is the CV you attach. If you use the careers form, that is your name, email address, phone number, years of experience, the area of work you are interested in, your message, and your CV if you attach one. If you message us on WhatsApp or call, we have whatever you tell us in that conversation.

Second, information collected automatically as you browse, such as the pages you visit, roughly where in the world you are, and the device and browser you use. This is used to understand which pages are useful, not to identify you personally.

What we do with it

• Reply to your enquiry, and consider you for work if you applied.
• Understand which parts of the site people find useful, so we can improve them.
• Keep the site working and secure.

We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing emails from this website.

Careers applications

Applications and careers enquiries are not stored on this website. When you apply for a vacancy or submit the form, your details and CV are emailed straight to our HR team at hr@dreamnighthyper.market, and this website keeps no copy.

If online applications are ever unavailable, the page instead opens WhatsApp with a message written for you to send. In that case your information goes to WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta under its own privacy policy, and nothing is sent through this website at all.

Cookies and your choice

On your first visit you are asked what you allow. Until you answer, only the cookies needed to make the site work are used — nothing measures you and nothing is shared with an advertising platform.

There are three categories:

• Strictly necessary — keeps the site working and remembers the choice you made here. These cannot be switched off.
• Analytics — Google Analytics, so we can see which pages and offers people find useful.
• Marketing — lets us measure whether our advertising brings people to the store.

You can change your mind at any time using the Cookie Settings link at the bottom of every page, and turn either category off again.

We manage these through Google Tag Manager, which loads on every page. It is a container that decides what may run: it holds each measurement and advertising tag back until you have allowed the category it belongs to.

Analytics

If you allow analytics, we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It sets cookies in your browser and receives your IP address. We use it to understand which parts of the site are useful, not to identify you.

Advertising

We advertise the store on Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Snapchat and TikTok. If you allow marketing cookies, each of those platforms places a small piece of code on this site so they can tell us when someone who saw an advert later visited us.

That means those companies can recognise you on their own apps and websites, and this is genuine cross-site tracking. It is entirely your choice, it is off unless you turn it on, and nothing on this site treats you differently either way.

We use this to count how many people our advertising brings in. We do not sell your information to anyone.

Other companies involved

A few parts of the site are provided by other companies, which means they receive some information when you use them:

• Google — the map on our contact page loads from Google, which receives your IP address even if you do not click it; Google Tag Manager, which loads on every page; and Google Analytics and Google Ads if you allow the matching category.
• Meta — WhatsApp buttons open a conversation on WhatsApp, which Meta operates under its own terms. If you allow marketing cookies, Meta also receives advertising measurement from this site.
• Snapchat and TikTok — advertising measurement only, and only if you allow marketing cookies.
• Our hosting provider, which stores server logs containing IP addresses for security and troubleshooting.

How long we keep things

Careers enquiries are kept by our team for as long as they are useful for recruitment, and then deleted. Analytics data is kept in aggregate, and is not linked to you by name. Server logs are kept for a short period for security.

Your rights

Under the UAE’s data protection law you can ask us to show you what information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, delete it, or stop using it. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

Children

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will remove it.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection and we take reasonable measures to protect information in transit. No website can promise perfect security, and we do not.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with a new date at the top. Significant changes will be made obvious rather than slipped in quietly.
